Introduction
The TLVx333 series amplifiers use a patented fast-settling chopper stabilization technique to correct input offset voltage, achieving ultralow offset and drift. This technique continuously measures and compensates for input offset, eliminating drift over time and temperature as well as 1/f noise. This design breakthrough enables a 350kHz gain-bandwidth product and 0.22V/μs slew rate while consuming only 26μA of supply current. These devices are unity-gain stable and offer excellent power supply rejection ratio and common-mode rejection ratio. The TLVx333 series is ideal for applications requiring precision amplification of low-level signals that cannot tolerate error sources, yet demand high bandwidth and fast slewing. Rail-to-rail input and output swing simplifies both high-side and low-side sensing. The TLVx333 series operates from supply voltages as low as 1.8V, making it suitable for dual-battery applications. The TLVx333 op amps feature enhanced EMI protection to minimize interference from external sources, along with high ESD protection (5kV HBM). All versions are specified for operation over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
