This specification applies to the production and inspection of our company's standard series strip connectors (pin headers). Product technical requirements are as follows:

1. Material: See attached table;
2. Plating: See attached table;
3. Plastic parts shall have smooth, clean surfaces, free from burrs, bubbles, burn marks, deformation, gate pull marks, excess material, or short shots;
4. Terminals shall be free from oxidation, poor plating, and similar defects. Temperature Range: -25℃~85℃ Rated Voltage: 250V AC/DC Rated Current: 3A AC/DC Contact Resistance: ≤0.02Ω Insulation Resistance: ≥1000MΩ Withstanding Voltage: 800V AC/minute Applicable PCB Thickness: 1.6mm Operating Conditions:

8. Product surfaces shall be free from defects, contamination, cracks, and mechanical damage harmful to the product; contacts shall be free from corrosion, plating oxidation, and peeling.

10. Interchangeability: Same specifications shall be interchangeable Packaging, Transportation, and Storage:
11. Packaging:
    • Inner packaging for plastic parts: plastic bags; inner packaging for terminals: tape-and-reel; each package shall include a certificate of conformance indicating product name, part number, quantity, and date of manufacture
    • Outer packaging: cartons with packing lists indicating product name, part number, quantity, and shipping date
    • Products shall not shift inside cartons
12. Transportation: Any transportation method is permitted; protect from moisture and mechanical damage
13. Storage: Finished connectors shall be stored in a warehouse with ambient temperature -10℃~+40℃, relative humidity ≤80%, and surrounding air free from acidic, alkaline, and other corrosive gases
