EG Micro EG2183Q

EG2183Q is a cost-effective gate driver IC dedicated to high-power MOSFETs and IGBTs. It integrates logic signal input processing, dead-time control, lockout, level shift, pulse filtering, and output drive circuits, designed specifically for drive circuits in brushless motor controllers. The high-side operating voltage reaches up to 650V, with a wide low-side VCC supply voltage range of 10V~20V and quiescent current consumption below 200μA. It features a lockout function to prevent simultaneous conduction of output power devices. The HIN input channel has a built-in 250K pull-down resistor, while LIN has a built-in pull-up to high potential, ensuring both high-side and low-side power MOSFETs remain off when inputs are floating. Output current capability IO+/- is 2A/2.5A. Available in SOP8 package.
