Introduction
EG2011 is a cost-effective gate driver IC dedicated to high-power MOSFETs and IGBTs. It integrates logic signal input processing, dead-time control, undervoltage lockout, latch, level shift, pulse filter, and output driver circuits, designed specifically for drive circuits in brushless motor controllers. The IC supports a high-side operating voltage up to 220V, a wide low-side VCC supply voltage range of 10V~20V, and a quiescent current of approximately 100uA. It features a latch function to prevent simultaneous conduction of output power transistors. Both input channels HIN and LIN incorporate built-in 250K pull-down resistors, ensuring that the upper and lower power MOSFETs remain off when inputs are left floating. Output current capability is IO+/- 1.0A/1.0A, housed in a SOP8 package.
