Slkor SL1729SH

This device is a low-power Hall-effect switch sensor designed for space-constrained and battery-sensitive systems. It offers multiple magnetic field thresholds, switching operating frequencies, and package options to suit various applications. When the applied north-pole magnetic flux density exceeds the operate point BOP, the output is pulled low and latches; when the flux density falls below the release point BRP, the output returns high. The device integrates an on-chip temperature compensation circuit and clock logic circuit to ensure stable operate points and switching frequencies. It operates over a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, available in SOT-23-3L and TO-92S packages.
