Sillumin SiLM5350MDBCA-DG

SiLM5350 is a single-channel isolated gate driver for IGBTs and MOSFETs, featuring 10A peak source and 10A peak sink output capability. The SiLM5350S/R/H versions offer split outputs for independent control of rise and fall times. The SiLM5350M/F/P versions incorporate an internal clamp function to prevent miller-induced shoot-through. The device is UL1577 compliant, with the SOP8W package providing 5000 VRMS isolation and the SOP8 package providing 3000 VRMS isolation. Compared to standard optocoupler-based gate drivers, the SiLM5350 series delivers significant improvements in performance and reliability, highlighted by high CMTI, low propagation delay, low pulse width distortion, and higher operating temperature. Its high performance and reliability make it well-suited for motor drives, solar inverters, industrial power supplies, and appliances.
