Introduction
EG2134 is a cost-effective gate driver IC dedicated to high-power MOSFETs and IGBTs. It integrates logic signal input processing, dead-time control, lockout, level shift, pulse filtering, and output drive circuits.
The EG2134 supports a high-side operating voltage up to 300V, with a wide low-side VCC supply voltage range of 4.5V–20V. The IC features a lockout function to prevent simultaneous conduction of the output power transistors. Built-in pull-down resistors on the HIN and LIN input channels keep both the high-side and low-side power MOSFETs off when the inputs are floating. Output current capability is 10+1.2A/−1.4A. Available in TSSOP20 and QFN24 packages.
