Introduction
XL555 is a unipolar Hall-effect switch sensor optimized for wide supply voltage, low quiescent current, and wide temperature range operation. It supports supply voltages up to 50V and provides load capability up to 40mA. The device features an open-collector output architecture with strong EMI immunity. Internally, it integrates a voltage reference, temperature compensation module, Hall array, differential comparator, hysteresis latch, and power output stage, enabling high magnetic field consistency and robust EMI immunity across the full voltage and temperature ranges. This sensor is widely used in automotive electronics, industrial control, and related applications.
