XLSEMI XL9005

XL9005 is a high-efficiency synchronous rectification buck DC-DC switching converter with a fixed 200KHz switching frequency and an output current capability of up to 3.0A. The device supports a wide input voltage range of 5V to 45V and integrates both constant voltage and constant current control loops, with a maximum duty cycle of 100%. The built-in loop compensation module helps reduce the number of external components, lower system cost, and save board space. In addition, the XL9005 integrates thermal shutdown protection, output current limiting protection, and short-circuit protection. When short-circuit protection is triggered, the switching frequency is reduced from 200KHz to approximately 30KHz.
