Minos FAN7392MX-MNS

FAN7392MX is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC fabricated with a high-low voltage compatible process, integrating both high-side and low-side drive circuits on a single chip. Its logic inputs are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL levels down to 3.3V, with high-current pulse output capability. The floating channel supports driving of high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply offset voltage of 700V. An integrated high- and low-side shutdown logic enables shutdown under fault conditions. The device is offered in a wide-body SOIC-16-300mil package, with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
