Corebai Microelectronics CBM9002A-100TCG

The CBM9002A series is a USB microcontroller based on an industry-standard enhanced 8051 core. It supports both USB 2.0 high-speed (480 Mbps) and full-speed (12 Mbps) modes. The enhanced 8051 operates at 48, 24, or 12 MHz; each instruction cycle takes 4 clocks, delivering 3× the throughput of a standard 8051. The CBM9002A series integrates up to 16 KB of on-chip SRAM, which can be used to store user code or data. In addition to the USB interface, the CBM9002A series provides common low-speed communication interfaces such as USART, I2C, and GPIO for communication with external peripherals. The CBM9002A series supports powerful data transfer features including Slave FIFO and PIF (Programmable Interface). Based on the CBM9002A series firmware framework provided by CBM, data transfer rates exceeding 50 MB/s can be achieved, up to the full USB 2.0 bandwidth.
