Introduction
The π1xxxxx series digital isolators comprise hundreds of models. Based on the proprietary iDivider® technology and proven standard semiconductor CMOS process, this series of digital isolators delivers outstanding performance characteristics and reliability, with overall performance surpassing optocouplers and digital isolators based on other principles. The intelligent voltage divider technology (iDivider® technology) leverages capacitive voltage division to achieve precise transmission of voltage signals across the isolation barrier without the need for modulation and demodulation. Each transmission channel is independent of the others, supporting multiple transmission direction configurations, with isolation voltage ratings from 1.5kV rms to 5.0kV rms and signal transmission from DC to 600Mbps. Operating voltage range of 3.0V to 5.5V with support for 3.0V to 5.5V signal level translation. When the input power supply is unpowered or no input signal is present while the output power supply remains normal, the isolator output defaults to a defined logic level.
