Introduction
HAL3181 is a high-voltage-tolerant bipolar Hall-effect switch sensor fabricated using a high-voltage BCD process. The chip integrates a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier, temperature compensation circuit, and open-collector output circuit. It accepts magnetic flux density as input and delivers a digital voltage signal as output. The device withstands high-voltage transients and offers excellent noise immunity. Operating temperature range is -40℃ to 125℃, supply voltage ranges from 3V to 24V, with a maximum output sink current of 20mA. HAL3181 is suitable for consumer electronics, automotive, and industrial control applications. HAL3181 is available in TO92S and SOT23-3L packages, both RoHS compliant.
