Jiaxing Heroic Elec Tech HTN7865SPER

The HTN7865 is a 5A step-down converter with a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 65V, integrating a 90mΩ high-side MOSFET. The device employs peak current mode control and supports Pulse Skip Modulation (PSM) to achieve high efficiency under light-load conditions. The HTN7865 supports programmable switching frequency from 100kHz to 2MHz via an external resistor. It enables power conversion from high input voltage to low output voltage, with a minimum on-time of 120ns for the switching MOSFET. The device provides a typical 2.5ms soft-start to prevent inrush current during startup. The HTN7865 features external loop compensation for flexible optimization of loop stability or transient response. It offers cycle-by-cycle current limiting, thermal shutdown protection, output overvoltage protection, output overload protection, and input undervoltage protection. The device is available in an ESOP8 package.
