The CD405A2 analog switch is a digitally controlled multiplexing and demultiplexing analog switch featuring low on-resistance and low off-state leakage current. It can handle analog signals with amplitudes up to 15VPP. For example, with VDD = 5V, GND = 0V, and VSS = -5V, a 0V to 5V digital signal can be used to control analog signals with a transmission amplitude range of -5V to +5V. The CD4052A is a dual 4-to-1 analog switch, with each switch group featuring two binary control inputs and one enable input. The binary signals select any one of four analog channels to be turned on. When the enable input is driven high, all channels are disabled; when driven low, all channels are enabled. The device is available in multiple package options.
