Introduction
This device is a Bluetooth charging dock SoC integrating lithium battery charge management, a synchronous boost converter, battery gauge, and protection functions. Its highly integrated design significantly reduces the number of external components, helping to minimize solution size and lower BOM cost. The device itself draws only 7μA standby current. The charging current is 0.3A, and the synchronous boost converter supports 0.8A output current. It features automatic power on/off and push-button power on/off, with an automatic shutdown current threshold of 4mA. The built-in power path management supports simultaneous charging and discharging, and provides heavy-load and short-circuit protection in this mode — eliminating the need for an external diode while effectively preventing damage to the external diode under heavy-load or short-circuit conditions.
