Introduction
HCT693x is an 8-channel, 24-bit high-precision ADC with SPI interface, integrating a 1× to 128× programmable low-noise instrumentation amplifier, high-precision Σ-Δ ADC, dual precision current sources, high-performance temperature sensor, 5ppm/°C high-precision voltage reference, bias voltage output circuit, and precision internal RC clock source. The ADC achieves an effective resolution of 24 bits at 1× PGA and 21.5 bits at 64× PGA, with equivalent input noise as low as 11nV/√Hz, offset voltage of 1μV, and offset temperature coefficient below 10nV/°C. The output data rate is configurable from 3.125Hz to 6400Hz, and from 6.25Hz to 12800Hz in high-power, frequency-doubling mode. This device is suitable for high-performance temperature sensing, analytical balances, industrial process control, DC/AC energy metering, instrumentation, and other applications requiring high-precision, low-offset measurements.
