MTK MT7531AE/PCB

MT7531 is a highly integrated wired Ethernet switch with high performance and non-blocking forwarding. It includes a 7-port Gigabit Ethernet MAC and a 5-port Gigabit Ethernet PHY for home entertainment, home automation and so on. It also integrated 2-port high speed SGMII interface for 2.5Gbps backbone or the external 2.5Gbps PHY. MT7531 enables an advanced power-saving feature to meet the market requirement. It complies with IEEE803.3az for Energy Efficient Ethernet and cable-length/link-down power saving mode. MT7531 is also designed for cost-sensitive applications in retail and Telecom market. MT7531 is a highly integrated high performance 7-port Gigabit Ethernet switch controller. It integrates 384Kbytes embedded SRAM as the packet memory and supports up to 2K MAC address entries.
