HGSEMI PCF8563M/TR

The PCF8563 is a low-power CMOS RTC/calendar IC featuring a programmable clock output, an interrupt output, and a power-down detector. All addresses and data are transferred serially via the I2C bus interface, with a maximum bus speed of 400 Kbits/s. The embedded word address register increments automatically after each read/write operation.
