LHR30XX is a family of low-noise, low-drift, high-accuracy voltage references. These references support both sink and source current, with excellent line and load regulation performance. Proprietary design techniques achieve outstanding temperature drift (3ppm/°C) and high accuracy (0.05%). Combined with ultra-low noise, the LHR30XX series is an ideal choice for high-precision data acquisition systems. Each reference voltage is available in both high-grade and standard-grade options, offered in two 8-pin packages — SOP8L and MSOP8L — with a specified temperature range of –40°C to 125°C.
