HXY MOSFET LD1117S50TR-HXY

The LD1117S is a series of low dropout voltage regulators with a dropout voltage of 1.3V at 800mA load current. Compared to competitors' 5mA, the LD1117S features an ultra-low quiescent current of only 2mA. In addition to fixed versions (output voltages of 1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.85V, 3.3V, and 5V), the LD1117S also offers an adjustable version that provides output voltages from 1.25V to 12V using only two external resistors. The LD1117S incorporates a thermal shutdown function to ensure stability of the die and power supply system. It uses trimming technology to guarantee output voltage accuracy within 2%. Other output voltage accuracy options, such as 1%, are available upon request. The LD1117S is offered in an SOT-223 power package.
