Introduction
The IMP811T-TD series is a microprocessor reset IC with an enable control pin, featuring voltage monitoring capability for supervising the supply voltage of microcontrollers or other logic systems. The IC generates a reset signal to the system during power-up, power-down, power-saving mode, or when the supply voltage falls below the preset threshold voltage Vth. When the supply voltage rises above Vth during power-up or recovery, or when the enable control pin transitions from low to high, the VOUT output will go high after a delay of Trp. If the input voltage falls below Vth or the enable control pin is held low, VOUT will be driven low. This product requires no external components for a simple implementation.
