Introduction
The IMP811S-TD series is a microprocessor reset IC with an enable control pin, featuring voltage detection functionality for monitoring the supply voltage of microcontrollers or other logic systems. The device provides a reset signal to the system during power-up, power-down, power-saving mode, or when the supply voltage falls below the preset threshold voltage Vth. Once power-up is complete or the supply voltage recovers above Vth, or when the enable control pin transitions from low to high, the output goes high after a delay of Trp. When the input voltage is below Vth or the enable control pin is low, the output remains low. This product is easy to use and requires no external components.
