The 24C02/04/08/16/32/64 series are EEPROMs organized as 256/512/1024/2048/4096/8192×8 bits respectively, with a two-wire serial interface. Operating voltage is as low as 1.8V, with typical standby and active currents of 1μA and 1mA respectively. The series supports page write operations with page sizes of 8/16/16/16/32/32 bytes respectively. Available in 8-pin PDIP, 8-pin SOP, and 5-pin SOT-23-5 packages.
