The 24C02/04/08/16/32/64 series are EEPROMs organized as 256×8-bit, 512×8-bit, 1024×8-bit, 2048×8-bit, 4096×8-bit, and 8192×8-bit respectively, with a 2-wire serial interface. Operating voltage as low as 1.8V, typical standby current 1μA, typical operating current 1mA. These devices support page write capability with page sizes of 8 bytes, 16 bytes, 16 bytes, 16 bytes, 32 bytes, and 32 bytes respectively. Available in 8-pin PDIP, 8-pin SOP, and 5-pin SOT-23-5 packages.
