HXY MOSFET LM1117MPX-1.8/NOPB-HXY

This series are low dropout regulators with a 1.3V dropout voltage at 800mA load current. Quiescent current is extremely low, with a typical value of 2mA. In addition to fixed output voltage versions (1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.85V, 3.3V, and 5V), an adjustable version is also available, providing 1.25V to 12V output voltage with only two external resistors. The device features thermal shutdown to ensure stability of the chip and power system. It employs trimming technology to guarantee output voltage accuracy within 2%, with other accuracy grades (e.g., 1%) available upon request. This series is offered in the SOT-223 power package.
