CIMO CM2219-QFNTR

CM2219 is a 16-bit, 8-channel, charge redistribution SAR ADC with a maximum throughput of 500kSPS, powering down between conversions. Typical power consumption is 35μW at 1kSPS using an external reference. CM2219 integrates all circuitry required for a multichannel, low-power data acquisition system, including a 16-bit no missing codes SAR ADC, 8-channel low-crosstalk multiplexer, low-drift voltage reference and buffer, temperature sensor, optional single-pole filter, and channel sequencer. CM2219 uses an SPI interface for writing configuration registers and receiving conversion results. A separate supply VIO powers the SPI interface, with power consumption proportional to throughput rate. CM2219 provides an on-chip sample-and-hold circuit with no pipeline delay. CM2219 is rated for operation from 4.5V to 5.5V and is compatible with any 1.8V to 5V digital logic interface. CM2219 is available in QFN20 4mm×4mm and WLCSP20 2.4mm×2.4mm packages for space savings and configuration flexibility.
