DAC0800 is a monolithic 8-bit high-speed current-output DAC with a typical settling time of 100 ns. It accepts 8-bit digital signal inputs and delivers differential current outputs for improved current matching. The current provides a settable reference current value. With a simple resistive load, it achieves an output voltage of 20 Vₚ₋ₚ. Available in DIP16 and SOP16 packages.
