Introduction
These devices feature robust 3.3V drivers and receivers in a small package, suited for demanding industrial applications. The bus pins are robust against ESD events, with a high level of protection against the human body model and IEC contact discharge specifications. Each of these devices combines a differential driver and a differential receiver, powered from a single 3.3V supply. The differential output of the driver and the differential input of the receiver are internally connected to form a bus port suitable for half-duplex (twisted-pair bus) communication. These devices feature a wide common-mode voltage range, making them suitable for multipoint applications over long cables. These devices are characterized over -40°C to 125°C.
