ElecSuper SP3078EEN-L/TR(ES)

SP3078EEN-L/TR is a half-duplex, low-power RS-485 transceiver with a wide supply voltage range of 3.0V~5.5V, bus port ESD protection up to 15kV HBM, bus voltage tolerance of ±15V, and full compliance with TIA/EIA-485 standard requirements. It incorporates one driver and one receiver, both of which can be independently enabled or disabled. When both are disabled, the driver and receiver outputs enter a high-impedance state. With 1/8 unit load, up to 256 SP3078EEN-L/TR transceivers can be connected in parallel on the same communication bus. Error-free data transmission at up to 14Mbps is supported. Operating at 3.3V, the device features fail-safe, current limiting protection, and overvoltage protection.
