Wuxi Chipown Micro-electronics PN7136SAC-R1

PN7136 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT high- and low-side gate driver IC featuring three independent half-bridge outputs. Its floating channels can operate at up to 600V, suitable for driving three-phase bridge configurations consisting of six N-type power MOSFETs or IGBTs. The logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs as low as 3.3V. The IC supports shutdown of all six outputs via an external current sense resistor signal for overcurrent protection. An enable pin allows simultaneous shutdown of all six output channels. The fault pin indicates the occurrence of overcurrent or undervoltage conditions; the auto-reset time for overcurrent signals is programmable via an external RC delay network. The outputs are capable of high-current pulse drive. Propagation delays are matched to simplify high-frequency applications.
