Introduction
G2020Q is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC. It features independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Utilizing a high-low voltage compatible process, the high- and low-side gate drive circuits are integrated into a single chip. The logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. The outputs feature high-current pulse capability and shoot-through prevention dead-time logic. The floating channel can be used to drive a high-side N-channel power MOSFET, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 250V; this floating channel requires an external bootstrap circuit. In addition, both the high-side and low-side of the G2020Q include undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection. Housed in a DFN8 package, it operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
