ElecSuper MAX3485ESA

The MAX3485ESA is an RS-485 transceiver operating from a 3.0V to 5.5V wide supply voltage, featuring bus-port ESD protection up to 15kV HBM, a bus fault voltage range of ±15V, half-duplex, low-power operation, and fully compliant with TIA/EIA-485 standard requirements. It includes one driver and one receiver, both independently enable/disable controlled. When both are disabled, the driver and receiver outputs enter a high-impedance state. With 1/8 unit load, up to 256 MAX3485ESA transceivers can be connected on the same bus. Error-free data transmission at up to 14Mbps is supported. Operating voltage is 3.3V, with fail-safe, current-limiting protection, and overvoltage protection features.
