3PEAK LMV393X-VS1R

This series of devices integrates one or two comparators on a single monolithic substrate. The common-mode input voltage range includes ground potential and supply voltage, enabling operation even from a single supply. Low quiescent supply current makes these devices suitable for battery-powered applications. They are designed to interface directly with TTL and CMOS, and their outputs can be connected to other open-collector or open-drain outputs to implement wired-AND logic. The devices operate over a temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.

• High-to-low propagation delay: 120 ns
• Internal hysteresis ensures clean switching transitions
• Offset voltage: ±4 mV
• Input bias current: 30 pA (typical)
• Input common-mode range extends to 100 mV below ground
• No ESD diodes from input pins to +V_S or output pins to +V_S
