MICROCHIP MSAC18

This is a 500W low-capacitance transient voltage suppressor featuring high reliability, through-hole mounting, unidirectional configuration, and selectable standoff voltages (VWM) from 5V to 50V. The device suppresses transient voltages up to 500W, with a capacitance rating of 30pF. Optional screening is available via prefix substitution, moisture classification is Level 1, and it is RoHS compliant. Applications include data line protection, airborne high-speed data line protection, ESD and EFT protection, and secondary lightning strike protection.

• Optional enhanced screening available by replacing the M prefix with MA, MX, or MXL to specify various screening and conformance inspection options.
• Moisture classification Level 1, no dry pack required, compliant with IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020B; RoHS-compatible devices available by adding the "e3" suffix; 30-lot standard screening performed on standby current ID.
