SEMTECH RCLAMP3391ZCTFT

RClamp3391ZC is an ultra-low capacitance "FemtoClamp" ESD protection device specifically designed to protect high-speed differential lines. It provides excellent board-level protection with fast response time, low working voltage and clamping voltage, and no device performance degradation. RClamp3391ZC offers superior ESD protection characteristics, featuring low ESD peak clamping voltage and high ESD withstand voltage (±8kV contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2). The device has a maximum capacitance of 0.2pF and can be used for Lightning interface and USB 3.1 high-speed channels. Due to its high pulse peak current capability (7A, pulse width tp = 8/20μs), these devices can also be used for electrical overstress (EOS) protection. Each device protects one high-speed data line with a working voltage up to 3.3V. RClamp3391ZC is available in a DFN 0.60x0.30x0.25mm 2-pin package with nickel-gold plated leads. The compact package gives designers the flexibility to protect individual lines in applications where arrays are not suitable.
