Introduction
RClamp3371ZC is an ultra-low capacitance "FemtoClamp" ESD protection device designed specifically for protecting high-speed differential lines. It features ideal characteristics for board-level protection, including fast response time, low working and clamping voltages, with no degradation in device performance. The device offers excellent ESD protection characteristics, highlighted by low peak ESD clamping voltage and high ESD withstand voltage. With a maximum capacitance of 0.25pF, it is suitable for Thunderbolt and USB 3.2 high-speed lines. Due to its high peak pulse current capability, these devices can also be used for overstress protection. Each device protects one high-speed data line with a working voltage up to 3.3V. The RClamp3371ZC is housed in a DFN 0.60×0.30×0.25mm 2-pin package, whose compact form factor provides designers with flexibility to protect individual lines in applications where array configurations are not suitable.
