The BD45Exxxx-M and BD46Exxxx-M series are high-accuracy, low-power voltage detector IC series. The built-in counter timer delay circuit eliminates the need for an external capacitor to set the delay time. The series offers two output types (N-channel open-drain output and CMOS output), with a detection voltage range of 2.3V to 4.8V in 0.1V steps, selectable according to the application.
