Introduction
RLE offers four SeaHawk point detector models that integrate with RLE's leak detection controllers and other alarm monitoring systems. These point detectors sense the presence of conductive liquid at a single point, making them suitable for drip pans, floor drains, and enclosed spaces. Encapsulated electronics prevent rust and corrosion inside the sensor, ensuring reliable operation even when fully submerged. Easy to install and quickly connected to controllers, they also allow adjustment of the liquid level required to trigger an alarm by repositioning the sensing probe or adding shims beneath the mounting hole.

- SD-RO2 provides local alarm notification via LED and audible alerts
- When used with a remote-reading controller, SD-Z can simulate 50 ft (15.24 m) of SeaHawk leak detection cable
- SD-Z1 is intended for zone controllers only; only one such point detector should be used per zone
- Encapsulated electronics prevent internal rust or corrosion, allowing the device to operate normally when fully submerged
- Easy installation — point detectors connect quickly to controllers and can be secured to floors or baseboards via screws or push pins
- Adjustable sensing probe or shims added beneath the mounting hole allow modification of the liquid level required to trigger an alarm
