Descrizione
The DG308A and DG309 are quad monolithic SPST CMOS switches with latch-up protection, capable of blocking signals with peak-to-peak voltages up to 30V in the off state. These switches feature low on-resistance, low power consumption, and rail-to-rail analog signal range, making them ideal for high-speed switching applications in communications, instrumentation, and process control. The DG308A is a normally-closed switch, while the DG309 is a normally-open switch. Both support single- and dual-supply operation with CMOS-compatible input thresholds. The DG308A and DG309 switches are rated for commercial temperature range.
