Introduction
SC92F8003 is an enhanced 1T 8051-core industrial-grade Flash microcontroller with an instruction set fully compatible with the traditional 8051 product family.
SC92F8003 integrates 16 Kbytes Flash ROM, 512 bytes SRAM, 128 bytes EEPROM, up to 18 GP I/Os, 16 IOs with external interrupt capability, three 16-bit timers, 8-channel 12-bit high-precision ADC, 7-channel 10-bit PWM, an internal 1% high-precision high-frequency 16/8/4/1.33MHz oscillator and ±4% accuracy low-frequency 128kHz oscillator, UART, SSI communication interfaces, and other resources. To enhance reliability and simplify customer circuit design, SC92F8003 also integrates high-reliability circuits such as 4-level selectable voltage LVR, 2.4V reference ADC voltage, and WDT. SC92F8003 features excellent EMI immunity, making it well-suited for IoT control, large and small smart home appliances, smart home systems, chargers, power supplies, aerial models, walkie-talkies, wireless communications, gaming consoles, and other industrial control and consumer applications.
