Introduction
In I²C mode, each command starts as shown in Figure 1. Only the number of bytes required for the command needs to be sent. After command execution (busy status = 0), the expected data can be read as shown in Figure 3; if a command returns no data, the next command can be sent. Status can be read at any time as described in Figure 2. All required I²C bus protocol functions are implemented. Optional features such as clock stretching and 10-bit slave addressing are not supported by the sensor interface. In I²C high-speed mode, commands consist of a fixed length of three bytes. Output (counts) = [P(applied) - P(min)] / [P(max) - P(min)] × [Output(max) - Output(min)], where Output(max) = 14746 decimal counts and Output(min) = 1638 decimal counts. Custom pressure ranges and cable options are available upon request.
