MSKSEMI TL331IDBVR-MS

TL331IDBVR-MS is a voltage comparator for ICs. It offers lower offset voltage, higher supply voltage capability, lower supply current, lower propagation delay, wider temperature range, and higher ESD performance. The device supports both single-supply and dual-supply operation. For dual-supply operation, the supply voltage range is ±1.5V ~ ±16V, with the supply voltage at least 1.5V above the input common-mode voltage. The output is compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels, and leakage current is unaffected by supply voltage. Outputs can be connected with other open-drain outputs to implement a wired-AND function. TL331IDBVR-MS comes in a green SOT23-5 package with an operating temperature range of -25°C ~ +85°C.
