MSKSEMI LM331CXF-MS

LM331CXF-MS is a voltage comparator for ICs. It offers lower offset voltage, higher supply voltage capability, lower supply current, lower propagation delay, wider operating temperature range, and higher ESD performance. The device supports both single-supply and dual-supply operation. For dual-supply operation, the supply voltage range is ±1.5V to ±16V, with VS at least 1.5V above the input common-mode voltage. The output is compatible with TTL and CMOS logic, and leakage current is independent of supply voltage. Outputs can be connected to other open-drain outputs to implement a wired-AND function. The LM331CXF-MS comes in a green SOT23-5 package with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +85°C.
