It features an excellent 1MHz bandwidth, 1V/μs slew rate, and 28μA quiescent current per amplifier at 5V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. This op amp is designed to deliver optimal performance in low-voltage and low-power systems, with an input common-mode voltage range that includes ground, a maximum input offset voltage of 3mV, and rail-to-rail output swing capable of driving heavy loads. This series of op amps operates over the full temperature range of -40°C to +125°C from a single or dual supply of 1.5V to 5.5V. The OPA4348AIDR-MS/OPA4348AIPWR-MS devices are low-power, unity-gain stable, rail-to-rail op amps operating from a single supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V (±0.9V to ±2.75V); a supply voltage above the absolute maximum of 6V will permanently damage the amplifier. Rail-to-rail input and output swing significantly increases dynamic range, especially in low-supply applications.
