Introduction
This chip employs current-mode, center-aligned PWM modulation, designed specifically for inverter products. It integrates an SPWM sine wave generator, dead-time control circuit, multiple feedback and protection processing circuits, and a UART serial communication module. Using an LQFP48 package and combined with two external EG1160 high-voltage MOS gate driver ICs, it achieves high-precision output voltage with no-load waveform distortion less than 1.5% and full-load waveform distortion less than 3%, meeting industry waveform requirements. Built-in comprehensive protection features include DC bus overvoltage and undervoltage protection, AC output undervoltage protection, overload alarm and protection indication, overcurrent protection indication, over-temperature protection indication, and short-circuit protection indication. The integrated UART serial communication function allows users to configure parameters, perform reset operations, and read inverter operating status and related data via the serial port. Three-phase inverter configuration is supported: by outputting AC zero-crossing signals and inputting synchronization phase signals, optocoupler-isolated serial cascading enables the construction of a three-phase inverter with 120° phase differences.
