Introduction
L9110S is a dual-channel push-pull power amplifier IC designed for motor control and drive applications. It integrates discrete circuitry into a single-chip IC, simplifying peripheral components while reducing overall system cost and significantly improving reliability.
The IC features two TTL/CMOS compatible inputs with excellent noise immunity. Its two output channels can directly drive a motor in both forward and reverse directions, with a high current drive capability of 800mA continuous current per channel and a peak current capacity of up to 1.5A, along with low output saturation voltage drop. Built-in clamping diodes dissipate reverse surge currents from inductive loads, making it safe and reliable for driving relays, DC motors, stepper motors, or switching power transistors.
