Introduction
A dedicated integrated circuit designed for controlling and driving bidirectional motors. The input is compatible with TTL/CMOS logic levels with excellent noise immunity; the internal logic control circuit enables bidirectional motor forward rotation, reverse rotation, and braking; the power transistors support a continuous current with a typical value of 100mA; the built-in clamp diodes dissipate reverse surge currents from inductive loads.
