Introduction
MT771XH is a high-precision LED constant-current driver IC operating in Critical Conduction Mode (CRM), primarily designed for non-isolated buck LED power supply systems. It supports a full universal input voltage range of 85Vac~265Vac, features adjustable OVP, and the OVP pin provides enable control functionality to support switching color tuning and sensor lamp applications. The IC integrates a 500V high-voltage power MOSFET and employs an innovative high-voltage on-chip power supply scheme, eliminating the need for VCC capacitors and startup resistors, resulting in a simple peripheral circuit and low system cost. A high-precision fast current sampling circuit enables high-frequency operation with excellent line regulation. Operating in CRM, the output current is independent of inductance variation, ensuring superior load regulation. Multiple protection features are also implemented, including LED short-circuit protection and over-temperature automatic adjustment, to ensure system stability.
