The ME6230 series are low-power, high-PSRR, high-accuracy LDO linear regulators fabricated using CMOS process. The ME6230 series regulators integrate a fixed voltage reference, thermal protection, current limiting circuit, phase compensation circuit, and a low on-resistance MOSFET, achieving high ripple rejection, high accuracy, and low dropout performance. The ME6230 series is compatible with ceramic capacitors, which are smaller in size than tantalum capacitors, and does not require a 0.1μF bypass capacitor, further saving board space. The high-speed response characteristics of the ME6230 series can handle load current fluctuations, making it particularly suitable for handheld and RF products. The output can be shut down by controlling the CE pin on the chip, with a shutdown current of only 0μA.
